More Swap Stuff and Babycakes

I'm going to make this brief. Still nutsy busy over the open house, but wanted to share a little bit more of what I got from Heidi. They are the same items, just opened and displayed. I set the tags and bows she made in amongst my fall stuff. Here is Mr. Pumpkin Face with the sparkly pumkin. He looks funky with the candle in there, but it looks really neat when it is lit.

I realized it had been a while since I shared pics. of my adorable niece. This was a couple weeks ago for a Harvest Party my sister-in-law had. She is dressed in the very same outfit I wore on my first Halloween. I gave it to my sister-in-law when she was pregnant, and I was so thrilled to see Clover wearing it! I know, she is the most adorable baby you have ever seen:)
I love this picture! My goofball Hubby got really close and snapped it! Even when she is being silly she is darling! Well, off to bed! Big weekend ahead! TTFN!

A Fabulous Fourth!

What a glorious weekend! What fun we all had! Dylan wore his patriotic hat to the fireworks.
This is my other precious niece Aubrey. She is Mitch's sister's baby. Her and Chloe are only about 3 weeks apart. As you can see she is a special needs baby. Doesn't she look adorable all dolled up in her red, white, and blue? She is getting glasses next week and she is only 5 months old, bless her heart! They are hoping she will be able to see a lot better.
Of course Daddy had to try on Dylan's hat and ham it up for me!

I love this picture! My mom, Chloe, and another of my nieces, Alyssa. She is Mitch's sister's step daughter and we hardly get to see her which upsets me. She is darling and we miss her so much when she goes back to her mom's.
I know I was supposed to be watching the fireworks, but I looked down and here was this opportunity! I love how they are all so engrossed in the fireworks and Alyssa couldn't sit down the whole time!
It wasn't working out getting a good pic. of the fireworks, so this is as good as it gets:)
Fourth of July! Here is Short Round so excited to be going for a ride!
Here is Mitch with Aubrey. Believe it or not this was his first time holding her. He was so afraid because she has problems and thought he would hurt her. Yes, I know it is precious. I almost cried!

She had to try on Uncle Mitch's cool dude glasses. She looks so cute!!
Short Round and I.
Of course, I can't post on my blog without showing one of my yard sale buys! Isn't this old typewriter great? It is in such good shape, and it still works!
Oooooh, yummy watermelon!
The ultimate fashion diva:) The swimsuit she has on says "Harley Davidson" all over it!

Here we are to the best part of the weekend! A Beatles tribute band came to our little town. Can't you just hear "Hey, Jude"?
They started the first set in this attire and sang the early songs, then changed into the Sgt. Pepper outfits for the last set. They sounded just like the Beatles; even called eachother John, Paul, etc. and spoke with Liverpool accents!
Malachi with "Paul". Malachi loves Beatles music and had such a good time.
Here I am with Paul, John, Ringo, and George. Aren't they a hoot? We had such fun!

To end things on a high note, we woke up Saturday morning to kittens! They're a whole day old! Aaawww, precious, huh? TTFN!

Look what my lovely new friend Tangee sent me! She made them herself! I absolutely love them! It was so sweet and thoughtful of her. Thank you again, Tangee! You can find the link to her blog in my favorite blogs.
I need to share one of my niece's 4 month pictures. She is so beautiful!!
I also need to share one of my favorite finds from yard saling. Of course, I got lots of other things, but these glasses I just love! They are so colorful and cheerful and fun! TTFN!

Never Enough Time!!

I had to atleast add one pic. I know, she is just too cute to handle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh!!! Well, here I promised pics. of my treasures 3,4 days ago and still don't have them on here! I am having a jewelry party tonight and because of all my "treasures" my house looked like a tornado blew through! So, I have been cleaning like a mad woman and have not had time to get on here. I hate it. I have only been blogging for a little over a month and I can't stand it when I can't get on here at least once a day! Anyway, my house is spotless and I'm hoping to get lots of orders for jewelry so I can earn my own! If you have never checked out Lia Sophia jewelry, you really should! The stuff is gorgeous! I will definitely be posting those pics. tomorrow! You all just HAVE to see what I got last weekend! TTFN!

A New Addition to the Farm Family

This is the newest member of the farm family! This little guy was born to my mom and dad's herd over the weekend! Isn't he adorable? And I just love this picture of him and E. I can never get such good pics., but I snapped at just the right moment! The little guy is so fun to have around; he is already following us everywhere and he runs around and bucks. It is so funny!
I forgot to say in my last post what I got for Mother's Day! I got a flat of flowers and the Marie Antoinette DVD(ooh-la-la:). I was excited.
The shirt says it all!!
I was going to have my spring yard sale this weekend, but of course the forcast is calling for rain! Never fails! So I guess I am postponing till next weekend which I did not want to do because I want to be out yard saling, not having one! But, I think we can work something out where we watch it in shifts so some of us can go, too. We are going to an auction on Thursday, so hopefully I will have great things to show everyone on Friday! TTFN!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!

Happy Mother's Day my lovely blogging beauties!!!! Here is my great Mom and I! It was sooo cold here today! Yesterday was gorgeous, but today it went the other way, but we still had a lovely day.

Here I am with my beautiful boys!
Here is my sister-in-law(her first mothers day), my niece Chloe, my Mom, and I.
And here is my sister-in-law and Chloe again. Aren't they beautiful?!! I had a super weekend! My husband actually got the weekend off, so we went yard saling Friday. Then he pulled into the message therapist parking lot and asked if she had time to give me a massage!!! She only had time for a half hour, but oh my, was it worth it! I cannot stress the importance of mothers and women getting a massage when needed!! It is a HUGE stress reliever and gives you time to just relax. We spent yesterday with Mitch's(my handsome hubby) mom and brother and sister. His sister is also a first time mom and this was her first Mom's Day, too! Then today we went to church, had a wonderful service, THEN we came home and my Dad, brother, and Mitch made us ladies a brunch(eggs, toast, steak, bacon, hashbrowns, johnny cake, and fruit!). It was so nice! I rented Becoming Jane, a movie about the life of Jane Austin. I got to watch that, and it was a very nice movie, so all in all, it was a nice, calm, Mommy Rules weekend! I hope all of you had beautiful weekends as well! TTFN!!

Here She is Again!!

Here she is again! You guys will probably get soooo sick of seeing her, but she is just so cute I can hardly stand it! She has changed so much already since she was born! I am so blessed that my brother and his wife live so close so I get to see her a lot! She is so full of personality already and she isn't even 3 months old yet. Those first two pics. are so precious aren't they? She is always so smily and silly.
On to other topics! I am so excited about the swaps I will be doing! I am in the Desert Island Swap through Lori at Morning Glories & Moonflowers, and I just signed up for a Pinkalicious(loooove the name) Swap through Tangee at A Sparkly Messy Life. Check out my fave blogs and there will be a link to both ladies blogs. Well, off to eat lunch than start making my Mother's Day cards! TTFN!

My Gorgeous Neice

This is my new adorable niece. She is almost 2 months old. Needless to say, I am completely and totally smitten! My new favorite thing to do is babysit at the drop of a hat! I will stop doing what I am doing in an instant if my sister in law calls!

It probably helps a lot that it is the first girl in the family ever since I was born! It is also helpful that she is the first baby born since my last son was born almost 10 years ago! That is a long time to go without getting to cuddle a baby! I just can't get enough! I am so happy for my brother and his wife!
I am still trying to get the hang of this blogging thing. I want to put so much more on here, but am having trouble finding the time. Especially now that it is so nice outside. There is always lots to do out there! TTFN!
